Arab Health 2018 – we open up new markets with the mobile CTG

4.2 thousand exhibitors and more than 100 thousand visitors from 150 countries – that is the scale of the Arab Health 2018 in Dubai, the largest innovative medicine trade fair in the region, held last week. It is here that producers of personal medicine devices present the future standards of healthcare, said Dave Panther, one of the Arab Health’s organisers. Nestmedic and its flagship product, Pregnabit, simply had to be there. The Pregnabit device for the mobile CTG test along with the dedicated platform for the analysis of teleCTG results were presented at a special stand, attracting the attention of people representing businesses, hospitals and private clinics. We were the only company at the Arab Health to present the mobile CTG. As a result, the interest in our solution sky-rocketed and many people visited our stand during the several days of the fair, says Anna Skotny, M.D., General Manager and Co-founder of Nestmedic. The participation in the Arab Health 2018 was the first appearance of Nestmedic on the Middle East markets and it received support as part of an economic mission. It gave the Nestmedic representatives an opportunity to meet with key players in the healthcare sector and distributors of medical equipment. The United Arab Emirates is a country where expenditure on healthcare is high above average. This market is, therefore, very open to medical innovations. We do hope that our presence and commitment will bring us new implementations and contracts, says Patrycja Wizińska-Socha, M.D., CEO at Nestmedic.
