Nestmedic has entered into a distribution agreement for Pregnabit Pro devices and licences to use the Pregnabit Cloud Platform with ScanMed A/S, based in Denmark, a leader on the Scandinavian medical market.
The subject of the agreement is to grant the distributor the right to distribute and resell Pregnabit Pro devices and licences to use the Pregnabit Cloud platform in Denmark. The agreement provides that the distributor will also carry out agreed marketing activities, including promoting product sales. The agreement has been concluded for a fixed term until 31 December 2027. By the end of March 2024, sales plans for devices for 2024 and 2025 will be defined.
ScanMed A/S is a leading supplier of medical equipment in Scandinavia. The company supplies most hospitals in this region. Its revenue is generated mainly through public tenders with contracts for periods ranging from 2 to 6 years.
