A few months ago, we sent 15 free Pregnabit devices to help pregnant women in Ukraine. Our sincere intentions were warmly received by the local community. We are delighted to see that our solution for remote monitoring of foetal well-being is gaining tremendous popularity! We have received several photos from our friends who are pleased with the functionality and usability of Pregnabit.

Nestmedic has entered into a distribution agreement for Pregnabit Pro devices and a licence to use the Pregnabit Cloud Platform with the Scandinavian medical market leader ScanMed A/S, based in Denmark.

The purpose of the agreement is to grant the distributor the right to distribute and sell Pregnabit Pro devices and the licence to use the Pregnabit CloudPlatform in Denmark. The agreement also provides that the distributor will carry out agreed marketing activities, including promoting the sale of the products. The contract will expire on 31 December 2027. The sales plans for 2024 and 2025 will be determined by the end of March 2024.

ScanMed A/S is a major medical equipment supplier in the Nordic region. The company supplies the majority of hospitals. The company’s sales are mainly generated through public tenders with contracts ranging from 2 to 6 years.

Nestmedic continues to expand its presence in Europe. We are delighted that a company with so much experience and an established position in the market has become our partner. Soon the first patients will be able to use our state-of-the-art Pregnabit Cloud platform and fetal well-being monitoring system – Pregnabit Pro!

We are continuously working on the commercialisation of the Pregnabit Pro solution and are consistently expanding our presence in new markets – so that as many patients as possible have access to modern medical care. Nestmedic has signed a distribution agreement for Pregnabit Pro devices and a licence to use the Pregnabit Cloud Platform with ScanMed A/S Norway, the leader in the Scandinavian medical market.

The agreement has a fixed term until 31 December 2027. The sales plans for the devices for 2024 and 2025 will be defined by the end of March 2024, and the first orders are expected in the last quarter of this year.
