Armin Burckhardt – Member of the Supervisory Board
He performs managerial functions in several companies including Deutsche Balaton AG, as the Private Equity and Venture Capital Manager, being responsible for finding, setting up, structuring and managing new equity deals in Europe and the US. His role is to expand company investments to the US market and Europe and structuring a new Venture Capital division for the company as well as restructuring distressed companies (direct investments) and successfully leading their turn-around process. MD. Krzysztof Dynowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Specialist in obstetrics, gynecology and endocrinology with many years of clinical experience in managing pathological pregnancies and high-risk pregnancies. Mentor for several biotech companies, biotech startups, organizer and implementer of numerous clinical trials.
Kamil Gorzelnik – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr Kamil Gorzelnik is an experienced lawyer and a specialist in mergers and acquisitions as well as the capital market law. He advises companies from both the public and the private sector at all stages of development. In recent years he shared his expertise with investment and private equity funds in dozens M&A transactions. He is associated with the Matczuk Wieczorek and Partners Law Firm where he is a partner. He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. After successfully completing his legal training in 2012, he was listed as an attorney by the Warsaw Bar Association. He worked as a lecturer in a post-graduate programme of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw.

A long-time lecturer at the Medical Center of Postgraduate Education and at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University of Warsaw. Jolanta Tlak – Member of the Supervisory Board
FCCA has many years of experience in the field of corporate financial management as a financial director mainly in real estate companies. Responsible for comprehensive management of financial departments, financial and management reporting and also for compliance of financial operations with applicable laws. Professionally, she is currently CFO of Andersen Outsourcing, having previously worked in the real estate industry for many years. Among other things, she has experience in co-founding an SSC (Private Equity & Real Estate) for a global bank and IT distributor. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (majors: Finance and Banking and International Economic and Political Relations) and SGH Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Investment.
