Further to Current Report No. 1/2017 of June 26, 2017, the Board of Directors of NESTMEDIC SA, a joint-stock company, with its registered office in Wrocław announces that as of this day the Company have made a decision on signing a letter of intent with Grupa Blue Medica Sp. z o.o., a limited company with its registered office in Zgierz, a national chain of multi-specialist medical centers (“ Grupa Blue Medica”).
The reason for making the agreement is an intention to build up the chain of Grupa Blue Medica medical centers and, what is to follow, implement the pilot program in a greater number of medical centers.
The Parties have agreed that the period of the pilot program is to be extended compared to the previous arrangements, which is to be established in detail in the agreement, and that the pilot will have been implemented by September 30, 2017. The other arrangements described in the letter of intent remain unchanged.
The Company will report on the further stages of the deal, i.e. Concluding the pilot agreement and co-operation agreement, in the following current reports.
