The Board of Directors of NESTMEDIC SA, a joint-stock company, with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”), announces that as of July 12, 2017 the Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Ms. Barbara Anna Sobowska and Ms. Beata Anna Turlejska-Zduńczyk members of the Supervisory Board.
The Company is to publish the biographical notes of the new members of the Supervisory Board in a separate current report.
