The Board of Directors of NESTMEDIC SA, a joint-stock company, with its registered office in Wrocław (the “Company”) announces that today the Company has received letters from Ms. Justyna Duszyńska and Mr. Marcin Duszyński in which they tender their resignations from the membership in the Supervisory Board, effective as of July 12, 2017.
Ms. Justyna Duszyńska and Mr. Marcin Duszyński advise that they are leaving for personal reasons.
