The Board of Directors of NESTMEDIC SA, a joint-stock company, with its registered office in Wrocław, announces that as of the previous day the Company made a decision on signing a letter of intent with Zentrum für Telemedizin Bad Kissingen GmbH, a limited company with its registered office in Bad Kissingen (Germany), a reseller of telemedic solutions and AAL (Ambient Assisted Living) operating in Germany and Austria. The letter of intent opens negotiations on establishing detailed principles of co-operation in developing pilot projects based on the PREGNABIT system in Germany. This document does not create any legal obligations for any of the Parties. The information on concluding the agreement with Zentrum für Telemedizin Bad Kissingen GmbH or on closing the negotiations will be published by the Issuer in a current report.
