The Board of Directors of NESTMEDIC SA, a joint-stock company, with its registered office in Wrocław announces that as of this day the Company have made a decision on signing a letter of intent with Grupa Blue Medica Sp. z o.o., a limited company with its registered office in Zgierz, a national chain of multi-specialist medical centers. The letter of intent opens negotiations on establishing the principles of co-operation between the parties and consequent conclusion of an agreement for providing services by the Company, based on the PREGNABIT system under the pilot agreement. The agreement will be at a price and will have been concluded by July 15, 2017. The Parties agree that the services will be provided under this agreement until July 31, 2017, at the latest. After the service provision under the pilot agreement has come to an end, depending on a positive assessment of the co-operation, the Parties will commence negotiations on establishing principles of future cooperation, with its aim being implementation of the PREGNABIT system in all the medical centers of Grupa Blue Medica. This document does not create any legal obligations for any of the Parties. The Company will inform on the coming stages of the deal, i.e. Concluding the pilot agreement and cooperation agreement in the following current reports.
