1. “Developing and verification of the strategy of introducing the innovative telemedical solution of Nestmedic Sp. z o.o.” . On October 13, 2016, Nestmedic’s Board of Directors and the National Center for Research and Development concluded an agreement under which the Company received co-funding in connection with delivering the GO_GLOBAL Programme: “Increasing the scale of commercialization of research results or development works of Polish companies on global markets”; the total value of the funding: PLN149,595.50. Duration of the project: October 13, 2016 – March 31, 2017

2. “PREGNABIT – the world’s first complex telemedical mobile CTG system for pregnancy examination”. On February 1, 2017, the Board of Directors of Nestmedic Sp. z o.o. and the European Commission concluded an agreement under which the Company received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020, the SME Instrument phase 1 for 2016-2017, the total amount of funding: EUR 35,000. Duration of the project: February 2 – April 30, 2017

3. On October 26, 2017, the National Center for Research and Development and NESTMEDIC SA concluded an agreement under which the Company received co-funding in connection with delivering the “PREGNABIT, a New Generation Telemedical System for Monitoring Fetal Well-being” project. The agreement was made under Measure 1.1 of the Operational Programme 2014-2020 and will be co-financed from the European Fund of Regional Development. The total net value of the project: PLN6,932,005.98; the co-financing value: PLN4,958,888.98 The period of eligibility of costs will start on June 1, 2017, and end on the day of submitting an application for the final payment, i.e. June 30, 2020.

4. Nestmedic S.A. signed an agreement with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), covering activities under the Go to Brand program.

The total cost of the Project implementation is PLN 716 647, the total amount of eligible costs is PLN 604 700. and the value of co-financing by PARP is PLN 514 029. The period of eligibility of costs for the Project ends on September 30, 2018. The aim of the Project is to promote the innovative product Pregnabit on foreign markets. As part of the project, the Company will participate as an exhibitor in the largest fairs in the following countries: Germany, USA, Brazil, UAE, India and Poland. Moreover, Nestmedic S.A. will organize two individual economic missions to countries that are prospective non-EU markets – the USA and the UAE, and will purchase an advisory service in the field of preparation for entering the prospective US market. As part of the Project, the Company intends to obtain, among others the following benefits: (i) starting cooperation with companies from the medical equipment industry present at the fair, (ii) acquiring 2 foreign business partners (mainly distributors), (iii) acquiring partners among companies supplying components for telemedicine equipment, (iv) promoting Pregnabit directly among specialists in the obstetrics industry and among women who are the target recipient of the project, (v) promoting the Polish product brand internationally.
