Discover the key highlights from Nestmedic’s 2022 Annual Report: Completed Series M share subscription, securing an additional capital of 9,920,000 PLN. This allowed us to expand our team and boost our commercial activities. Our focus remained on finalizing the development of Pregnabit®, with a strong emphasis on obtaining the necessary certifications for our products and swiftly entering the market. Nestmedic proudly became the world’s first company to achieve MDR certification for our Pregnabit Pro device and Pregnabit Cloud Platform for mobile CTG. This certification, issued by TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH in Q2 2022, demonstrates our unwavering commitment to meeting the highest quality and safety standards. We experienced a 185% sales growth compared to the previous year, reflecting the growing demand for our innovative solutions. We have established cooperation with the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce due to the fact that the French market has great potential for telemedicine solutions. This cooperation will allow us to commercialize our solution in the French market on a larger scale. At the moment, we have already deployed 18 of our Pregnabit Pro devices in France
