We are continuously working on the commercialisation of the Pregnabit Pro solution and are consistently expanding our presence in new markets – so that as many patients as possible have access to modern medical care. Nestmedic has signed a distribution agreement for Pregnabit Pro devices and a licence to use the Pregnabit Cloud Platform with ScanMed A/S Norway, the leader in the Scandinavian medical market.

The purpose of the agreement is to grant the distributor the right to distribute and resell Pregnabit Pro devices and the licence to use the Pregnabit Cloud Platform in Norway. The agreement has a fixed term until 31 December 2027. The sales plans for the devices for 2024 and 2025 will be defined by the end of March 2024, and the first orders are expected in the last quarter of this year.

Scan-Med Gruop was founded in 1982 by Bjørn Johnsen and has grown more successful each year to become the leading supplier of medical equipment to hospitals in the Nordic market. On 10th and 11th October Nestmedic underwent its annual surveillance audit as part of the maintenance of the certificate confirming compliance with Regulation 2017/745 (Medical Device Regulation). We are pleased to inform you that Nestmedic has received the following result: positive, without nonconformities. This means that the Company has maintained the MDR medical device certificate for its proprietary telemedicine system,the Pregnabit Pro and Pregnabit Cloud for monitoring fetal wellbeing.
