Nestmedic zawarł umowę dystrybucyjną dotyczącą urządzeń Pregnabit Pro oraz licencji na korzystanie z Platformy Pregnabit Cloud z liderem skandynawskiego rynku medycznego – ScanMed A/S z siedzibą w Danii.

Przedmiotem umowy jest udzielenie dystrybutorowi prawa do dystrybucji i odsprzedawania urządzeń Pregnabit Pro oraz licencji na korzystanie z platformy Pregnabit Cloud w Danii. Umowa przewiduje, że dystrybutor będzie podejmował także umówione działania marketingowe m.in. poprzez promowanie sprzedaży produktów. Umowa została zawarta na czas określony do dnia 31 grudnia 2027 r. Do końca marca 2024 r. zostaną określone plany sprzedażowe urządzeń na 2024 oraz 2025 rok.

ScanMed A/S jest głównym dostawcą sprzętu medycznego w Skandynawii. Spółka zaopatruje większość szpitali na tym obszarze. Jej przychody generowane są głównie poprzez przetargi publiczne z umowami na okres od 2 do 6 lat.

Nestmedic has entered into a distribution agreement for Pregnabit Pro devices and a licence to use the Pregnabit Cloud Platform with the Scandinavian medical market leader ScanMed A/S, based in Denmark.

The purpose of the agreement is to grant the distributor the right to distribute and sell Pregnabit Pro devices and the licence to use the Pregnabit CloudPlatform in Denmark. The agreement also provides that the distributor will carry out agreed marketing activities, including promoting the sale of the products. The contract will expire on 31 December 2027. The sales plans for 2024 and 2025 will be determined by the end of March 2024.

ScanMed A/S is a major medical equipment supplier in the Nordic region. The company supplies the majority of hospitals. The company’s sales are mainly generated through public tenders with contracts ranging from 2 to 6 years.
